I am 22 years old, born and raised in Union, Kentucky. My career as an angler started with me fishing tournaments, representing Ryle High School, as a freshman in 2017. My skills and knowledge continued to expand over these short 4 years, allowing me to become the only person to ever be titled champion two years in a row in the SAF High School State Championship. Through traveling across the country competing in the High School and World Championships, I have been able to grow my career and accomplish my dreams. In 2024 I became the youngest Angler to win a National Professional Fishing League event. I have made the decision to go into a trade straight out of high school rather than taking the college route, so that I can put 100 percent of my focus into becoming the best professional angler I can be.
Thanks to all of my hard work and dedication to the sport, I now have an opportunity to qualify for the Elite series by competing in the BASS opens this year. I would love for you to be a part of this chapter in my career.

I was born and raised in Hagerstown, Indiana. Growing up, I spent two weeks every summer and a week over Labor Day at Round Lake in Havelock, Ontario, Canada, with my family. That’s where my love for fishing began. My dad was an avid muskie and bass fisherman, and he was the one who first taught me how to throw a spinning reel.
In high school, competitive sports were a big part of my life. I played volleyball, basketball, and ran track. My dedication to basketball even earned me a college basketball scholarship. Back then there were no high school bass teams like there are today, so sports filled my competitive side until later in life. That competitive drive and work ethic eventually carried over into my passion for tournament fishing.
The person who truly got me hooked on bass fishing was my husband, Danny. Our first date was on the lake fishing, and he taught me how to use a baitcaster and introduced me to tournament fishing. He believed I had the ability to compete and encouraged me to fish my first Indiana Bass Federation (IBF) tournaments.
In just my third IBF tournament in 2014 at Lake Patoka, I became the first woman to ever win an Indiana Bass Federation event, taking first place on the co-angler side with 19.48 pounds. I used those winnings to enter my first MLF BFL Hoosier Division event at Rocky Point, where I finished 8th. From that moment on, I was hooked on tournament fishing.
Over the years I’ve competed in multiple MLF Phoenix Bass Fishing League divisions, Indiana Bass Federation events, Toyota Series tournaments, Hoosier Opens, USA Bassin tournaments, and hourly Big Bass tournaments across the country.
Some of my career highlights include being named the 2017 MLF BFL Hoosier Division Co-Angler of the Year, earning nine Top-10 finishes in MLF BFL competition, and qualifying for multiple regional championships.
In 2024, my partner Julie Leavitt and I won the Ladies Division of the ICAST Cup, which earned us a spot on the USA Bass Team for 2027.
In the next few years, my goal is to move from the co-angler side to the angler side and continue growing in the sport.
Outside of fishing, I’m proud to be a wife, a mother of three, and a Memaw to five amazing grandchildren. My family has always been a big part of my journey and continues to support my passion for the sport.
I’m passionate about representing the sport of bass fishing and the brands that support it. Through tournament competition, social media, and interactions with fellow anglers and fans, I strive to represent my sponsors with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. My goal is to help promote and grow the brands I work with while continuing to compete and inspire others—especially women—to pursue their passion for fishing.
